• Refund requests must be submitted within 4 days from the shipping date.
• Return shipping is billed by our logistics partner as two separate services:

- A pickup fee for collecting the item from the customer.

- A return transit fee for delivering the item back to our warehouse.

• A 1% VAT on the order value is applied by the shipping company.
• Returned items must be in pristine condition and accompanied by their original packaging.
